For those who love history, architecture, and the charming atmosphere of cities with a rich past, Brașov is a magical place. Well, this year, SEWA Experiences has prepared a journey into the past and present of Brașov, with the help of guided walking tours.
With passionate local guides, we were ready to share the stories of Brașov’s historic center, offering participants an authentic and high-quality experience as they explored the cobblestone streets and imposing buildings.
An adventure from scratch
Our journey began on Wednesday, September 6, 2023, after lunch, next to the ornamental fountain in the Council Square. For a comfortable walk, we prepared water and snacks for the explorers to energize them. The tour lasted approximately two and a half hours, ending with a dinner at the Sub Tâmpa restaurant, where they enjoyed not only local specialties but also the stunning view as the evening fell.

Our well-informed guide put a lot of passion into the route they prepared and the information they provided. They presented interesting stories about every corner of the city, bringing history to life through their enthusiasm.
An authentic experience
As the walk progressed through the cobbled streets and historic buildings, the explorers were absorbed by the picturesque atmosphere of Brașov.
Each route included well-known landmarks in the city, allowing the group participants to have a common ground for discussions during dinner. These landmarks provided the opportunity to explore and deeply understand the rich history and culture of this magnificent city.
